  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Guests must provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Authentication includes name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code for the Community Room and Hot Tub.

  • This building does not have an elevator. Stairs are required to reach units on the upper levels.
  • Community Room and Hot Tub hours of operation: 8 AM - 10 PM.
